Entire Office Systems was appointed the official distributors of Ericsson LG telecommunications products in Zimbabwe and Zambia. Aria Technologies Africa, who are the exclusive distributors of Ericsson-LG products in sub-Saharan Africa, announced the appointment of EOS in April 2013.

Prior to the elevation, the company was a reseller of information communication technology solutions for both private institutions and the Government. EOS managing executive Mr Petros Muchato welcomed the partnership with Aria Technologies Africa saying that it would open new opportunities locally and beyond the borders. He added that Entire Office Systems would now be in a position to appoint resellers of their products in major towns around the country and in Zambia. As a distributor of ELG our products includes PABX [private automatic branch exchange] enterprise equipment i.e ELG range of switches. In terms of PABX capacity, our product line up supports organisations from the 0 to 600 ports sector, to the larger enterprises from 1200 to 30 000 ports.

“It brings stability to the market and we now have full control of our operations as we will now be able to sell products we have in stock and this will translate into growth in terms of market share and revenue. Our focus is principally to serve both existing and potential customers in small and medium businesses, large business and e-government, telephony voice space and deliver high feature rich products,” Mr Muchato said.

EOS has been in existence since 2001 and has established itself as a leading player in the dynamic telecommunications technology sector offering leading edge solutions that increase communication efficiency while reducing telecommunications costs. Managing executive of Aria Technologies Africa Mr Hannes Viljoen hailed the partnership with EOS saying that the companies had achieved a lot within a short space of time and he values the relationship built between EOS and ARIA technologies over the last few years. He said the company could leverage on the introduction of optic fibre network to allow businesses to use cheaper modes of communication from Ericsson LG.
