iPECS UCS (UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SOLUTION)
Ericsson-LG’s UC is a server based application which provides single point of communication customized for SME environment. Businesses are getting more and more demanding on multimedia communication and seamless connection. Server based directory and presence database push required information to clients so that each client can optimize their communication by setting Individual Call Routing table through a GUI.
iPECS NMS (NETWORK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION)
iPECS NMS is a powerful web based network management tool designed for the Small and Medium Business to improve staff efficiency, permit rapid response to system alarms and optimize system resources with remote access to useage statistics and automated alarm notification. – FAULT MANAGEMENT AND REALTIME SYSTEM MONITORING iPECS NMS monitors registered systems in real-time to deliver fault and alarm event statistics.
“Ez-Phone” is a TAPI compatible mini contact center working on standard TAPI interface. In order to run Ez Phone in your PC, an external CTI server with tapi license is required.
ez-Attendant is a software application designed to enhance the attendant feature by visualizing the Attendant call handling and control functions. ez-Attendant works in conjunction with the Attendant’s IP phone providing enhanced attendant feature and efficiency. The user interfaces with the ez-Attendant screen, using the mouse (point and click) or programmable ‘Hot Keys’ to select features and functions available.
IP Networking(IPN) that is based on the ITU H.450 and Ericsson-LG proprietary protocol can be installed by using VOIU in each system. While the IPN working among multi site configuration, the customer can hardly realize if they are networked but one system. IPN also provides Busy Lamp Field display(BLF) functionality using 3rd party server.
